General
1.1 Artists, panelists and workshop leaders may be subject to change at short notice and without prior warning.
1.2 No trading or promotional activities allowed within the venue without Go Pop CIC’s prior consent.
1.3 Do not buy tickets from unlawful street traders/touts. There is no guarantee of tickets’ validity for entry unless purchased from the official website.
1.4 You give your express consent to your actual/simulated likeness to be included for no fee within any audio or visual recording to be used in any media for any purpose at any time. This includes filming by the police or security staff which may be carried out for the security of customers and/or the prevention of crime.
1.5 No unauthorised buses, coaches or other vehicles will be allowed on site.
1.6 Go Pop CIC may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise any of these T&Cs and any related policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Nothing in this agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.
Use of Go Pop’s Website
2.1 By using and/or visiting Go Pop’s website you signify your agreement to these T&Cs.
2.2 www.gopopcic.co.uk may have links to other websites. Go Pop CIC is not responsible for the contents, nor does it warrant the accuracy or reliability of any linked website.
2.3 The data and information available through www.gopopcic.co.uk are owned by Go Pop CIC, unless otherwise noted.
2.4 Go Pop CIC is committed to protecting your privacy. Our Data Protection Policy describes the ways in which we collect information from you when you use our website and what we may use it for. It should be read in conjunction with other terms and conditions as well as our other policies.
2.5 Go Pop CIC has tried to ensure that the contents and information it provides is accurate at the time of posting/distribution. In the event that this information should change, we will do our best to communicate that change to all involved.
Refunds
3.1 Refunds are only considered on cancellation, substantial alteration or by special exception determined by Go Pop CIC in its sole discretion.
3.2 Refunds should be requested in writing, by email to hello@gopopcic.co.uk, no later than 3 months after the event.
Age Policy
4.1 No unaccompanied under 16s are allowed on site. All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder.
4.2 We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s on site.
Tickets
5.1 It is prohibited to resell tickets for the event.
5.2 Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources may be rendered invalid and admission refused.
5.3 Ticket holders should expect some queuing at the entrance and arrive with plenty of time before the event commences. No refunds will be given for late entry.
5.4 A combination of a Workshop Ticket and Evening Concert Ticket does not equate to a day ticket and cannot be swapped or upgraded to include entry to the Panel Event.
5.5 Tickets must be valid and presented to gain entry.
5.6 The ticket holder is responsible for their ticket until they gain entry, at which point hand stamps are available to gain reentry for full day Festival attendees only.
Attending the Festival
6.1 By paying the Festival ticket fee you signify your agreement to these T&Cs.
6.2 Youth/school choirs attending the event are wholly responsible for the children they bring. Please refer to our Safeguarding and Child Protection Policies.
6.3 You are expected to arrive on time for the event, late entry will not result in a full/partial refund. Go Pop CIC is not responsible for delays due to transport.
6.4 Go Pop CIC will communicate arrangements such as parking or changes, prior to the event. You are expected to keep up to date with this communication. Go Pop CIC is not responsible for any misunderstanding due to missed/unread emails/communications.
6.5 Confirmation of inclusion and finale sheet music will not be provided until full payment of the choir’s tickets has been received.
6.6 Go Pop CIC must be notified of any special seating/disability requirements at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate any requests. Go Pop CIC is not responsible for any needs that were not brought to our attention on booking.
6.7 Please raise any filming objections with us as soon as possible, and in any event, prior to the Festival. Where possible we will take steps to take account of any special circumstances.
6.8 Go Pop CIC is not responsible for any choir members who arrive in excess of your ticket allocation and reserves the right to turn them away.
6.9 Festival ticket holders must abide by the rules and regulations of the venue in addition to these T&Cs. Venue rules and regulations are available through the venue and may be changed at the venue’s discretion.
Attending the Workshops
7.1 By paying the Workshop ticket fee you signify your agreement to these T&Cs.
7.2 Under 16s are not permitted to attend the workshops unless accompanied by an adult ticket holder. The adult ticket holder is wholly responsible for the child they are accompanying. Please refer to our Safeguarding and Child Protection Policies.
7.3 You are expected to arrive on time for the workshops, late entry will not result in a full/partial refund. Go Pop CIC is not responsible for delays due to transport.
7.4 Go Pop CIC will communicate arrangements such as parking or changes, prior to the event. You are expected to keep up to date with this communication. Go Pop CIC is not responsible for any misunderstanding due to missed/unread emails/communications.
7.5 Confirmation of inclusion will not be provided until full payment of your ticket fee has been received.

Attending the Evening Concert
8.1 By paying the Concert ticket fee you signify your agreement to these T&Cs.
8.2 Under 16s are not permitted to attend the concert unless accompanied by an adult ticket holder. The adult ticket holder is wholly responsible for the child they are accompanying. Please refer to our Safeguarding and Child Protection Policies.
8.3 You are expected to arrive on time for the concert, late entry will not result in a full/partial refund. Go Pop CIC is not responsible for delays due to transport.
8.4 Go Pop CIC must be notified of any special seating/disability requirements at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate any requests. Go Pop CIC is not responsible for any needs that were not brought to our attention on booking. Any issues with seating must be brought to the attention of the staff/volunteers on the night.
8.5 Only persons holding a valid ticket will be admitted. You must keep your ticket with you at all times during the concert. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to our concerts for any reason, regardless of if a ticket has been purchased.
8.6 Concert ticket holders must abide by the rules and regulations of the venue in addition to these T&Cs. Venue rules and regulations are available through the venue and may be changed at the venue’s discretion.
8.7 Ticket holders enter the venue on the basis that they give express consent to being filmed or photographed (and the use of any film or photography) at the concert, and acknowledge that we may include material including shots of the audience in our recordings of the concerts for distribution on our website or any other means.
8.8 Please raise any filming objections with us as soon as possible, and in any event, prior to the concert. Where possible, we will take steps to take account of any special circumstances.
8.9 Go Pop CIC is the only authorised retailer of concert tickets. If you are unsure as to whether or not a person offering tickets for sale is an authorised retailer please contact us.
Security
9.1 Go Pop CIC reserves the right to evict a customer without refund, and/or refuse admission.
9.2 You may be body/bag searched at the entrances, on the site, or when leaving.
9.3 Any item(s), reasonably considered for use as a weapon, which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person, must be surrendered to staff.
9.4 Any person carrying illegal items or carrying out illegal activity will be given to the Police and refused entry.
9.5 Anti-social behaviour may lead to eviction. Please act responsibly.
9.6 Excessive consumption of alcohol may lead to eviction.
Damage/Losses
10.1 Go Pop CIC is unable to accept any liability for personal or property damages, losses (including surrendered items) or injuries sustained at this event – other than caused as a result of our negligence.
Housekeeping
11.1 Please use the bins and recycling points provided on site.
11.2 No animals, other than guide or hearing dogs, are permitted on site.
11.3 Smoking, including e-cigs/vaping, is not allowed on site.
Unplanned Events
12.1 Go Pop CIC reserves the right to alter or vary the programme for the Festival or to reschedule or cancel all or part of the event. Go Pop CIC will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in any part of the Festival that is caused by an unplanned event.
12.2 An “Unplanned Event” refers to any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties; civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack; war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster; failure of public or private utilities or telecommunications networks.
Data Collection
13.1 Go Pop CIC is committed to protecting your privacy.
13.2 Under the GDPR Act it is the policy of Go Pop CIC that all information collected must be dealt with properly and securely regardless of how it is collected, recorded, and used either on paper, in a computer, or recorded on other material.
13.3 Go Pop CIC regards the lawful and correct treatment of personal information as very important to the successful and efficient performance of its functions, and to maintain confidence between those with whom we deal.
13.4 Go Pop CIC reserves the right to change this policy from time to time with information relevant to our business.
13.5 Go Pop CIC uses an email service that tracks whether you open our emails and or click any links, your IP address and location when opening is also recorded. Go Pop CIC does not utilise the IP or location information in any way.

14.4 We are in regular contact with our venue and are working with them in conjunction with the latest government guidelines relating to Covid-19. Close to the time of the event we will produce an up to date risk assessment and Covid Safe policy.
14.5 Should we need to reschedule our event, all ticket fees will be valid for the rescheduled event and therefore, no refund will be issued.
